MEMBERSHIP

Who can join?

• Membership is open to anyone who has been diagnosed with a mental illness who currently resides in the Auckland Distrcit Health Board area.
• Membership is available for the duration of ones working life. This means membership is open to those aged between 18 and 65.
• There are no membership fees
• We accept referrals from Community Mental Health Centres (CMHCs), Community Support Services, General Practioners and in some cases self-referrals.

How do I join?

Becoming a member is simple. At Crossroads Clubhouse we pride ourselves on a quick acceptance and entry into the Clubhouse.

If you are interested in joining, please call us at 09 376 4267 to arrange a tour. We conduct tours every Tuesday and Thursday between 11am and 12pm. We will show you what it is we do at Crossroads Clubhouse and how the Clubhouse works. If you like what you see and decide to become a member, you will be asked to come back for an orientation.
